For Anthe, Crete has never been just a place on the map. It is her birthplace, her roots, her memories and a part of who she is.
Although she grew up in the United States, her connection to Crete has always remained strong. Through family, tradition, food and the unique flavors of the island, she learned from an early age to appreciate the extraordinary quality of authentic Cretan products.
Demati was created from this deep personal connection and from a simple desire: to share the true taste of Crete with people around the world.
Every product in our collection is carefully selected with high standards for quality, authenticity and origin. From extra virgin olive oil and thyme honey to traditional herbs and other Cretan treasures, we choose only products that reflect the character, purity and heritage of the island.
